I have over 30 years of business & corporate development, sales, human resources, and project management experience in executive roles. I have operated in public and private companies from startups to large matrix organizations improving corporate & business effectiveness with a focus on change management activities in organizations undergoing transformational change. I specialize in being able to increase employee engagement and performance in all areas while implementing major change management projects. In cases where the change is initiated as a result of post-merger or acquisition integration, I have experience leading efforts to minimize the impact to employees and processes often by performing the up-front due diligence efforts prior to negotiations on mergers and acquisitions. Following integration, I provide leadership development and coaching activities to ensure all aspects of an organizations’ culture and values are seamlessly embedded in policy and strategic planning activities.
I have also assisted multiple large organization’s restructure, improve, and coach corporate sales teams to achieve increased revenue and process efficiencies. Key activities that I managed in these projects have included sales strategy development, market segmentation, documenting sales value propositions, training, and customer service development.
