I have been a successful Corporate Executive and business owner for the past 30 years in both the private and public sectors. I have held key positions in Sales, Retail, Franchising, Retail Network, Marketing and Advertising, Operations and General Management. Over the past 20 years, I have been focused on Western Canada from Thunder Bay, Ontario to Vancouver Island, British Columbia managing Sales, Retail and Operations teams across this vast territory.  Currently, I am CEO and co-owner of NEK Group Ltd., a successful group of child centric companies focused on building unique and engaging programs for all children.  I am committed to changing the face of Child Care with an eye on each individual child and their unique needs. I hold a degree in Psychology, have attended The Richard Ivey School of Business, and have several certificates in Marketing and Management from a variety of universities.

My passion over the past 3 decades has been to build businesses to profitability and hire and train leaders to drive and maintain that success.  I am a “possibilitarian” who sees potential in people and companies, and I can chart a course to a new reality.  If you are an entrepreneur starting a new business, If you are an existing business that needs a complete rebuild or if you just need to adjust your company to stay relevant or on course, I can help.  I’ve been there and come out the other side.
